Speaking of that Penn transfer, you would think he'd want to keep his options open for his very last year. Or do they need another "fall-guy" like Lewis and Lee - so they can make a feels sad story when they get hit with the real probation?

Probably this mixed with a whole lot of "yea, we aren't at risk for getting any additional punishments" coming from the UL folks.

According to the Daily Pennsylvanian, the student newspaper at Penn, Hicks was suspended four times over his three seasons with the Quakers, including once in 2012 for failing a drug test. He missed a game as a sophomore after punching a Columbia guard, the newspaper said, and he was suspended during a road trip last season for his "conduct during a loss."
