You can’t put in the whole second string at once for a stretch.

I would have liked to see Simpson in for Cam in the last several minutes.

And Miller has no offense - against real competition he is only good for offense-defense possession subs

Agreed on Miller. Not sure how he finds minutes on such an offensively challenged team.

The starting team was getting tired causing substitutions for players that didn't score.There is no margin for Rutgers on the road because the offense will always have prolonged scoring droughts.Its a recruiting problem that still hasn't been solved.

Fans are naturally disappointed but they should not have been surprised.Without Mulcahy Rutgers has no point guard that can set up teammates for open shots.Of course,Spencer having a poor shooting performance made winning far more difficult.There was no go to scorer in the last five minute of the game which allowed Miami to pull away and win by 8 points.This was just another road loss which occurs far too often.

I have been harping on this on other threads. I love Pike but IMO he effed up the game when we were up 11. You can’t bring in the freshmen and have only one true scorer out there.

Miller can flat out not see the court at all especially when Paul comes back he must ride the bench
As usual and this goes back to last year our substitution patterns are horrendous

Also I don’t care about the bench bc we need to momentum to take over games. Mag and Hyatt on the floor together makes me cringe majority of the time. Hyatt is a very good rebounder and a streaky shooter but such a black hole. Mag is a more energetic defender and brings energy but his offensive game is just not there

Honestly would rather see Oskar Palmquist than Miller out there. At least Palm makes an occasional corner three once every season. More offense than Miller sadly
