Luck sure fvcked you guys with his contract. I'm not sure what your financial situation is but 7.5 million seems steep for WVU to buy out. You may want to hang him in effigy, death threat, etc, etc to get him to resign. Seemed to work in the past with legends like Bowden and DickRod.

I'm forwarding your advice to Lyons. Having only been associate athletic director at Alabama, I'm sure he has no idea how to run an athletic department.

You should concern yourself more with your own AD and that joke of an athletic program you have. Do you think you'll ever win ONE NCAA tournament game? What's the over/under on getting into the tourny? 5 years? 10 years?

You are on a WVU board, complaining about a WVU AD and what he did to our programs while your whole athletic program is a dumpster fire and we are deflecting?
We can totally afford the buyout if we want to do that, so that's not an issue. Clearly any buyout isn't an ideal situation. But, our "*** bag coach" set records in an Orange Bowl win and has numerous wins over top 25 teams and a top 5 ... in short, he's accomplished more in 5 years than many programs accomplish in their entire existence.

Since then, he's had a losing conference record, an annual early fall losing skid which comically causes a complete meltdown over here. though the models i have dated have been very successful (runways throughout the world, major fashion magazines, signed to the biggest agencies in the world), they really arent "famous" as you claimed. other girls i have bagged have been, but not the models.

it isnt luxurious by my standards. by your standards, sure. you would kill to have it. it is only a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom place. and it isnt a house, it is a condo. the view and location are great, but i dont consider it luxurious.
the family that owns books-a-million has a place in the building. an NHL player and his new wife have a place (they left about 6 weeks ago) in it. a strength coach for the miami heat has a place in it . . . numerous doctors, a pilot, and a shitload of old people.
she also has a porsche. you forgot the convertible porsche. the ferrari is nice. i drove it all weekend when i was last up there. it draws too much attention though, which im not a fan of. you cant sit at a red light without people trying to talk or give a thumbs-up. each time you park it somewhere, people want to come up and take pictures inside of it. she is a former Marshall athlete. she is taking her company public on the toronto stock exchange. the porsche and range will probably be trashed for a rolls and bentley at that point.

that's my story, and im sticking with it. now, they claim otherwise. they claim i wasnt fired. they first claimed i quit. when that was refuted, they claimed it was simply the end of my contract . . . a contract they dont have which they cant produce, yet claim the contract i signed wasnt really valid because only the head coach and DFO signed it and when it got to the ADs desk, he never signed it (though they started executing it over a year ago with pay and employment/job duties).
calling me "unemployed" is like calling you smart. compared to a first grader, you may appear to be smart. i make more money with just the money i have in a simple savings and checking account with whatever tiny interest they pay on it than you do working all year.
