We don’t have anything watching Minnesota play. Wideouts with big hands, a QB who can read a D, a line that can push, RBs that can push the pile. We are light years away.

*A competent coaching staff.

Something tells me Fleck spends more time recruiting/coaching than at local bars.

How much has Nebraska football sucked the joy out of me? Instead of watching the Gopher Buckeye game on live TV.. I’m watching CMA Summerjam that obviously was recorded days ago.

Thought Minny played as well as possible and still gave up over 10 yards per play

OSU talent is disgusting. There are 3 really good teams in CFB. Clemson, Bama, and OSU. Everyone else is just playing for 4th place in the playoffs…..every year.

Nebraska’s defense is better than Minnesota’s. The Gophers secondary was a sieve. There was a noticeable drop off at RB after Ibrahim went out as well. Autman-Bell is a legit WR so we will see what he brings when he gets back.

Call me crazy but I could see Nebraska sticking with those guys.

And that is part of the problem. Inconsistency. We’ll play well enough to win, but have 2-3 bonehead plays preventing us from doing so

You are not just crazy, but dangerously so. This is an actual, serious question:

Has OSU punted more than once per game against NU since Frost took over? I honestly don't think they've averaged one punt per game if that.

MN got pressure on the QB and that kid will have all week to stand back there and wait for 2 and 5 to come wide open on crossers. They'll ring the bell on a deep post on us too, just like they always do and just like they did against MN.

That's the problem with getting and retaining coaches. Our fan base.
Right, it's our fans who caused those coaches to have losing records. Which part has made Frost historically bad at NU, the part where we all wanted him to be the HC or the part where he was treated like the second coming of Christ when he got here?

He got 3 free years, only now have the kid gloves finally come off. But yeah, how dare fans think that after 4 years with a monster budget and tons of fan support that you should be capable of .500 football.

As much as we hate him, we’d be ecstatic if he were our coach
Thumbs down on that spaz from this guy.

He can't even beat Iowa and that's a problem in our division. You have to go back between 1932 and 1950 to find a Minnesota coach that's worth a damn as of yet.

.605 win pct. If he breaks .700 I could be persuaded and he might after a few more years we'll see.

cue all the crosseyed rodent fans coming to this board all 'did you see that first half vs ohiost?!'

losers
No ****!

What game did these posters watch. OSU scored 35 points in the second half alone, they started a freshmen QB on the road that has never started a game before.

Tanner "amazing QB" Morgan was 50% for 200 yards and no rushing yards.

Ohio State offense very impressive in the second half. Will be interested in seeing how they perform against the top notch defense of Oregon. Should be a good game.
