Yep like I said he was rubbing side of his ankle where the bone sticks out on the 4 replays I watched so makes sense. THANK THE LORD ! a few games at worst and maybe 1- none . Lets hope.

Yes, he is critical to this team's success. I was very worried when I saw him hobbling with no contact. Achilles was my fear. This is such good news.
I had the exact same unknown injury and was just out 24 hours . fact .
Said in another thread.. this is about the best case scenario as it could be. Not even a high-ankle sprain. Let him rest some games.. give IQ some more time and keep his hot hand going.
Shew that was a close call! I couldn't enjoy the win like I usually do thinking Hagans might be seriously injured. I'm thankful he's not!
I was afraid his Achilles tendon would become our Achilles heel.

I always thought high ankle sprains were worse than low ankle.
Is that true? Or does it mostly just depend on how bad the sprain is not whether it’s high or low?
Just basing this on past injuries where guys with high ankle sprains are out a little longer seems like.

I’ve been thinking about this too. The more I think about it, the more I suspect it’s diet related. Connective tissue is almost all collagen. And collagen is nothing but protein. Feed our boys!!!
I think we all are aware that a healthy Ashton Hagans is paramount for the success of the bb team. You could see that from the collective gasp on this board until the diagnosis was released.

Ive never seen an ankle sprain that way, in a straight line without twisting on a flat surface. And he immediately started waiving to the bench. That was the oddest sprain I have seen.
