Although I picked Illinois to win ,it would be beneficial to Rutgers if Northwestern pulled an upset because it would knock Illinois out of top 25 ranking and give them their sixth loss.

I'm surprised the announcers didn't even mention Kofi coming down on Beran's head. Clearly a foul and a pivotal on-call. If Beran hits the FT, it is a 2 pt game. Instead, Illinois ends up at the line and it went to six again.

Illinois faces the Spartans at home in their game before they come to Piscataway.

Which is why you have to be careful of them. They'll win a few, and those would be bad losses for the other team

NW gave them a run, but just couldn't sustain it.
