Yep, D made good adjustments in the second half. Too bad it was a masons’ convention for us, too. Happy that Clayton made some shots, I had basically given up on him. What I wouldn’t give to have another year of eligibility for Ty Berry. His ability to defend and make threes in bunches is the missing link.

Rarely do you see the timeout just… not given when both ball handler and coach are calling for it. Bizarre play.
It’s weird because we are barreling toward a potentially very poor record and I have yet to feel like the team was physically overmatched. Our shot making just sucks for anyone not Martinelli, and his game is so lunchpail that it never feels easy.
This isn’t true, and if it was in Year 13 of Collins it would be a Collins problem and not an NU problem

Northwestern has 90 years of futile basketball history; Collins only 13 and it’s the best it’s ever been. It’s the program.
If you need to watch a winning team, I'd say probably not. If you really like watching BiG10 basketball, go for it.
