From what I read, there was no forfeit. The officials called the game with 2 minutes and 15 seconds to go in the game and ran off the field. there was some type of malfunction of the clock.

INEXPLICABLY went from 6:47 to 2:14
during the extra point kick from NWC.
There were long and passionate discussions among officials, team representatives, and school officials.
Replays of game plays seemed to verify the clock discrepancy, but officials required the clock to be set at 2:15. Carson was behind 21-7 when the officials sprinted off the field and the game was declared OVER
