I don’t get the fear of Carolina some of my friends/coworkers have and some on here. I mean they have improved for sure over the season but we beat them without too much stress in December and we’ve gotten better as much as them, we’ve just had more injuries to deal with.

Hagans vs White - push
Herro vs Williams - Herro
Keldon vs Cameron - push
PJ vs Maye - PJ
Travis vs Brooks - Travis

Bench - Kentucky easily

We win by 8-10 again. BRING IT TARHOLE CHEATS (if we both advance of course)

White is a lot better than the hagans of late. If he can channel the hagans that played against unc then he will be fine

The cheats have to get past a hot Auburn team first.

White is not a pUsH with Hagans. Not even close right now. There is no guarantee on a college floor in one game Pj will be better than Maye. I’d guarantee you UNC wouldnt make that trade.

Let’s not overdo it. If we face UNC in the tournament they get a revenge game and they are better than we are at this time imo.

That was the big road block the ncaa likes to give UK. UNC is their hitman for UK in the elite 8. Duke is kept safe away from it all.

Nassir Little has been a key player off the bench for UNC. He was still trying to find himself when we played earlier. The biggest advantage we have in the game is Cal over Roy. Not to degrade Ol Roy but Cal has his number since he’s been at UK.

Before the loss in the ACC tournament they were playing as well as anyone. It will be a tough game, if Hagan brings his A game will be close

And they lost to Duke while not at full strength by a tip in.

With Zion.

This is a team that was a tip in away from sweeping Duke. They might be the best team currently playing.

I’d rather not even play them.

Not worried about UNC. Not yet. Take care of Houston. I don’t really care about the revenge factor. As far as I’m concerned, we have the revenge factor. The 2017 NCAA tournament wasn’t that long ago.

First we need to beat Houston. In 2017 everyone was saying the same thing. Oh we beat them in the regular season so we will definitely beat them in the NCAA Tourney which ended up not being true. In reality Monk had to have one of the best offensive performances ever by a UK player to win that regular season game in 2017. This year Hagans had to have one of the best defensive performances ever by a UK player to win the regular season game(although by a slightly larger margin). UNC is one of the hottest teams in the country right now and their starting PG has improved greatly since the first meeting. It would be naive to not be a little worried about the matchup. We definitely can beat them again, but I'm not one who thinks it's 100% guaranteed that we will beat them again. It's March and anything can happen.

What players remember the 2017 game. Being told about a game and experiencing it are two different things. The fans aren't playing.

I believe the reason why a lot of fans liked it was because it was more than likely either being Duke's or UNC's 2 seed and UNC would be easier to face.

Maybe for UK because of style and matchups, but UNC was a tip in from beating Duke 3 straight times and they were short handed too.

We overlook UNC. Like I said they are probably the best team in basketball right now.

Let’s get past UH first, which we will. I personally don’t believe UNC makes it to meet up with us again. It’s that simple.

I hate to say it, but there's no comparison with Hagens to White. White > Hagans and it aint even close.

I don’t care who is on the team. UNC starts the dude that hit the game winner, and I’m sure Cal hasn’t somehow forgot about it.

First have to beat Houston obviously. That’s a top 10 team for most of the year with only 3 losses.

If they win that, I’d rather Cal play UNC and get his revenge for 2017. Want no part of trying to beat an Auburn team a third time. All of the pressure would be on Kentucky in that game. Losing to UNC would royally suck but ending their season en route to a championship would be a nice way to heal from 2017 and that ******** game

I know my point is that just because UNC played Duke close with Zion so did UCF. So maybe they both are a little overrated. Don't get me wrong they both are in the top 10 but so is UK when at full strength.
