Three 3s each year from being a 40% shooter from out there. It generally looks good when he releases it. In limited time despite being only 6ft 5, has a decent knack for having the ball find him on the defensive glass. If he can finally make those wide open 3s he missed the first 2 seasons he could find himself out there for 13-15 minutes a game. Has to make shots though or it diminishes his ability to rebound as a guard.
Not sure why everyone is so upset about an instate guy that works hard and grew up a UK fan being back. I know he struggled this season, but still. By the way to people taking their frustration with Pope out on a guy that dreamed of playing here just know he had options where he could transfer for both more playing time and potentially more money at decent mid major schools. He WANTS to be a Kentucky Wildcat. He’s not taking up a bunch of NIL money. He’s not the coach missing out on recruits.
Just think everyone believes he’s a warm body on the bench and nothing more, we tend to have mostly that now, Moreno is the only standout and he’s average at best compared to many elite bigs.

I get the frustration with Pope. I don’t think he’s the guy at all, but that’s squarely on him for the roster’s current state. Noah is one of 15 guys. Nothing more
Remember when players that sucked only announced if they were transferring? Why the heck is this dweeb announcing he’s coming back? where is he going to NBA? overseas? It would’ve been a blessing if he transferred! Hope uk didn’t overpay!! He’s worth a Costco’s membership and eat free at Fazoli’s. That’s it.

Noah will be a good player off the bench and it’s his 3rd yr building confidence. Ppl on this site need to stop with the BS and Perry will be coming back to Ky as well so it’ll really get bad here.

It is no longer about being a Kentucky kid. This is a business about making money and putting a product on the court. For the money that I am being charged to go watch the product, I expect a good product. The players are all about the money and have made it clear that is what it is about to them. So, I am all about the product and could care less about where the kid is from. If he can not play, it is time for the next guy. As the barber says, "Who is Next?"
How much does he really care about the name on the front? What did Kentucky have to pay him to het him to come back? And he is a bench player/walk on level of talent at best. Do not kid yourself about he is a Kentucky Kid and just wants to play for Kentucky. "Show me the money!"
I think Noah will be a serviceable piece with a decent PG, that is if we ever get one.
This is good. Could serve as a good mentor to Stokes if he comes here and teach him the Pope way. Happy for him.
A lot of ppl surrounding Noah in Harlan, one person very close to him told me that him and Perry planned on reuniting at Ky. Idk just sharing what I’ve heard.

We said that last year, he looked even worse. He looks so scared in games idk how he even gets on the court. I’m all for a cheap option that actually loves the school but he should rarely play.
Best practice shooter maybe. He plays just like Josh Carrier did to me. Unbelievable in practice and can’t hit the ocean from a boat in a game.

probably gave this kid 3 million- what a joke- UK basketball in the toilet. No one wants to play here, and Pope is the main reason why. I have no clue why Stokes even visiting. Mark it down he will not come here even if UK is highest bidder. Pope is not going to get kids to the next level. 2 more years of this crap then Pope will be bought out. Pope is a nice guy, but just not a coach at this level. Don't think we will win 20 next year. Pathetic,
And I'm sure he has been paid well for his service. I hope he settles in and starts knocking the s.hit out of 3 pointers, like he has done in practice.
I know him and his family. The only way he would leave UK is if he was asked to leave or they offered him zero while another school offered an absurd amount. He’s UK through and through but he’s not stupid. When he decomitted, Tenn, Louisville, Miss State, Ole Miss, Va Tech, Butler, Georgia, NC State and other schools called. He was locked into UK and didn’t even give them the time of day. Call him a lot of things but he really is a KY kid who just wants to play for KY.
