My ears are itching after listening to HCSF today. Think we land this Dude in January to finish off an excellent 19’ class.

Even crazier to think many projecting the 20’ class to be even better?

If we can get to that 8 or 9 win mark this year. I think we will really start to see this thing explode recruiting wise especially on the offensive side of the ball. You have an young coach, in a stable program, who you know will be their your whole time. The whole country saw what he did at UCF. Saw what happened here at Neb the last half of the year. If you are a top QB, Wr, or RB, who wouldn't want to at least hear what these coach have to say.

The class is already as good as we could realistically hope for given the losing-season-streak state of the program, but adding a couple cherries on top of this sundae would be real nice. Pola Gates, Pola Mao, and Njoku would be on the top of my list. But who knows if staff got any more tricks up their sleeve?

Without Pola Gates, we’re still in on a couple quality DBs (Mayo, Starks, etc)

Darrion Daniels hasnt been announced as part of this class yet.

I’d love to keep upgrading 2019 class, and then let 2020 really solidify the upward recruiting momentum.

Mills would also be nice. I think we need a running back that is ready to come in and play right away.

Yeah this is a good class. I'm a little disappointed that they couldn't find some more impact JUCO help. Hell, we might not even end up with Mills and Bland is doubtful.

Darrin Daniels is going to be a grad transfer so wouldn’t be considered in this recruiting class.

Maybe Watts. I doubt they go after Canty. He just seemed like a plan C guy anyway.

Well supposedly it's just a matter of verifying some transcript issues for Mills and he could still sign in the 72 hour period and be here for January classes. BUT remember that we kept being told how confident they were that Watts was coming and we all know how that ended up. So until it's officially done, anything can happen.

Canty seemed like a bargaining chip. We get him and place him in a JUCO to strengthen ties with the JUCO staff.

I agree, hopefully we keep and get both players still. Bland will be huge at OG, at worst add more depth there. And Mills, 220-227 pound RB with D1 experience and almost ran for 1000 yards for G Tech as a true freshman?? We definitely need that skill set now Oz is gone. He’d make for another 1-2 punch with Maurice Washington.
