Its not just seatbacks.. it is seat cushions too! We were told next week.. no cushions!
That is serious BS with the seat cushions. Why? to sell more of those seats with backs? I rented them one year.. and I found out they leave them hooked to your seat all season long.
Birds crap on them.. rain gets in there.. they get wet when they hose down the birdshite. And at some point you are going to plop into your seat and get some bidet action up your crack. So we went back to bringing in our seat cushions.. some of which are those STS cushions from the 1st game in the refurbished stadium. Yeah.. 23 year old seat cushions.
How about a blanket.. can I bring blanket and sit on it.. grrrr.. this could be the final straw. Its been a long run.. maybe dropping the season tickets is the only thing to do if they keep up this crap.
That's the type of thing that drives me nuts. No common sense and the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. UnacceptableI brought my stadium seat in with no questions asked. However my friend was not allowed to bring in the RU tote bag they were handing out at the Block party even though he had nothing in it.
What I don't understand is.. why are we allowing terrorists to affect us all so much?
Whatever we come up with to stop this or that tactic.. there is always something else they could do. If they want to hit a Rutgers football game, they are going to hit it. They won't need to hide stuff in water bottles or seat cushions or daypacks or handbags or fannypacks (which might be terror on the eyes in fashionistas get your ear).
Stop it Ron you watch on TV.I brought mine in without a problem.

Husband had to carry ours all the way back to the car. Others around us had them. Policy stinksThat's new.
Next week free body cavity searches. What I don't understand is.. why are we allowing terrorists to affect us all so much?

They need to have a meeting with the devil's rangers Islanders nets red bulls Jets Giants ysnkeess Mets . All of them allow water and food in the stadium. Absolute soulless money grab. If it was 100 degrees and they didnt allow water in people.woukd be dropping because they didn't order enough water.

It's like calling the airlines. Just walk back into a different gate in five minutes and you'll get a different answer. $$$$Husband had to carry ours all the way back to the car. Others around us had them. Policy stinks
They're seat cushions, dude. One's that they sold inside the stadium last year. They either made a mistake selling them or not letting you bring them in. I highly doubt Homeland Security just this year added seat cushions to their terrorist threat list. What's next? No parkas or blankets allowed, that works real well for a sport played in the fall and winter.Rutgers is doing it's due diligence ... I can just imagine what would happen if they allowed people to bring in their own sofa and lounge chairs...if something bad happened you would crucify the school for not being pro active... tell it to the dept of Homeland Security...
As usual you exaggerate and take it to the extreme to make your misguided and apologist point. The game day operation has a lot of room for improvement to be kind.Rutgers is doing it's due diligence ... Think he was trying to be funny in his post. Some treat threads as an open mic event. They're seat cushions, dude. One's that they sold inside the stadium last year.
