They’re a Sweet 16 team right now, with 5 months to go. I like where they’re at at this point of the season. But be prepared for what’s coming against a very experienced Mich St. team. It’s not gonna be a blowout because Izzo always holds his teams back early on, but I think they lose by 10-15 points. I hate saying that, because I’m always confident in our chances, but that’s a very tough first game.

Oh I definitely think it’s too early to say that Whitney will underwhelm like Diallo but like Diallo, Whitney has tons of athleticism but looks to lack a consistent outside shot and doesn’t look to dribble the ball in traffic all that well (of course all of this from a blue-white scrimmage ).

No Whitney has the Size and strength to play down low as well. He is the type of player where less is more you don’t want him making flashy plays but with his frame and skills if he just makes the basic plays he is the type of guy that you look up and he has 12 points and 10 rebounds from just making easy plays
