One of the big things that kills me about Leach is he shows no intensity at all in ballgames as if he really cares, I know some said JoMO was that way but my goodness, from watching that game, it just looked he just didn't care and that's sad. To me a coach thats intense on the sidelines at least lets his players and fans know he's all in for them. I just hope his air-raid works out here (very soon), if not a change just has to be made. You just can't dig yourself deeper and deeper...

This is not new... And this was ALWAYS my concern... early in his career, he barely showed he cared... much less as a retiree looking to boost his money before going to Key West full time... Just give him some money and get him outta here...
