Is there any age limit at all places on this?

It is clear that college kids can earn NIL money. What about high school? Even younger? Do labor laws apply to using your likeness?

Since the NCAA was the defendant in the lawsuit, I suppose the court ruling only applies to them as of now. The MS NIL law that recently passed is called the Mississippi Intercollegiate Athletics Compensation Rights Act , so it should apply to any college athletes probably including junior colleges.
