Pretty much the anyone over 6'10 with a pulse direction.Cal's roster moves this spring are intriguing. He seems to be trying to move in a different direction.
this guy is a guard and he averaged pretty good stats. we still need one or two big men for next year though. id say take him and hopefully a good big man and a potential project to good back up.Pretty much the anyone over 6'10 with a pulse direction.

If we sign this kid and Anselem, that leaves us 1 scholarship left.
And Cal never uses all 13.
We could have our roster set soon. 10 deep with two transfers likely sitting out (Sibande and Toppin).
If that happens, it could be the oddest roster Cal has ever put together.
True, but I mean being in the program more than a year. He's a traditional transfer, as he hasn't graduated. Or so I've read.Would still be a one and done player. Just a different kind. Toppin is the only multi year player he’s considered that we know about so far.
It seems like he is recruiting the developmental transfers to bring in for depth instead of recruiting 4 star HS kids that seem to bounce after a year or two in the program, leaving us short handed. I really like this approach as the kids transferring in are less likely to transfer again so we are more likely to hold onto them.Cal's roster moves this spring are intriguing. Am I forgetting someone or would this addition actually leave us with two more spots?
We should avoid anyone named P.F. Flyers or Red Ball Jets...Somebody named their kid after tennis shoes?
I like that Cal is trying to address the problem. Cal is nobody's fool. And historically, he's been adaptable.
