After losing the best player in the game to that point to an egregious ejection (IMO), losing one of your primary ball handlers to foul trouble and reversing the psychological effect of blowing a big lead that forced overtime; this was a remarkable OT period for them and win for them/him.

You can't say things like this, you are only supposed to call out cheating refs if they are cheating UK.

A poster earlier today wanted to know the boards opinion about college basketball corruption. The Baylor vs UNC game is a perfect example of one of the points the poster was attempting to make. The guys in stripes have the greatest influence on the outcomes of games than anyone else connected to the sport. They can turn a 25 point blowout into an overtime nail-biter with the simple blow of their whistles. These guys are supposed to be evaluated throughout the tourney to see who refs the next round of games. Based on what was just witness, those refs shouldn't be allowed in another basketball arena this year. With all the automation that exist today, it is unfortunate that there isn't something that can limit the refs' influence on the outcome of games.

This^^ Basketball is the only game where Refs have more control to the outcome of the game. This is becoming evident more and more…

Coach Drew was talking about teaching the kids the game of life; if that is the case, he should have told them that they weren't worthy of the victory even if the refs gifted it to them.

Why are we congratulating the tarholes on a UK board?
Screw North Cheatolina
I agree with the screw UNC part. Some of us still enjoy CBB and can look at a game objectively and recognize what we see. UNC spent a good portion of the second half getting bent over and overcame it. Nice win.

That said, after the 2017 game I’m content watching them get screwed over. Still a good win for a young/new coach given the circumstances.

Because we live in America, which affords us this freedom. If you go back to the beginning of my posts on this matter, you will see that clearly stated that I am not a fan of UNC. However, I am even less of a fan of refs stealing games. So, I am simply pleased that those corrupted refs weren't able to change the natural and rightful outcome of the game. If this is difficult for you to comprehend, I have nothing else for you.

Are you 20 something? Uncheat got by with murder stealing games from other teams for years because of crooked refs.

No not really come on. But they were hacking like hell during their futile 25 point rally and rarely got called for fouling.
I have to take your word for it because I didn't start watching the game until the second half. However, from what I saw, there was a lot of good shooting that Baylor had no answer for. Also, everyone knew that Baylor wasn't a deserving #1 seed.
