I would make an executive decision to NEVER trot out a fg kicker again this year... just go for it i dont care what the down and distance is.. much better % to convert IMHO... horrible losers

The defense gave up 495 yards, 405 passing, and 15 catches for 240 yards to one WR. The next closest was 7 catches for 61 yards. The 2 INT were very big though.

The only problem I have is why they don't play with the same kind of effort against teams we could actually beat? Play with that type of effort against Illinois, Minnesota, or Purdue and those are wins.

Nebraska plays to the level of their competition.

Chins for Head Coach. Hire Coach O as Assistant Head Coach/Recruiting Coordinator/D-Line. Hire Warren Ruggiero from Wake Forest as Offensive Coordinator.

In all seriousness, I'd probably rather give Chins a shot then hire some mid-major coach from the Sun Belt or Mountain West.....especially if he had a blank check to hire a really good offensive coordinator.

What if he hired Scott frost as OC? Imagine the possibilities

Imo frost doesn’t respect Minnesota and Purdue and that why you see poor play by the players lacking any fire no desire just going through the motions

The thing with the defense is no quarterback pressure every team this year has just sat back and took target practice because we have such a soft pass rush

Are defense is good but not great. We still cannot get off the field on third down because we have zero pass rush. We also play some extremely soft zone coverage and let receivers run all over the field. That’s bothers me sometimes against certain opponents. Against Ohio State and Oklahoma I get using such soft zone coverage, but against some other teams we play I’d like to see us be more aggressive and shut people down with man coverage.

With that said overall I think the D has done well. They given us a chance in every game.

Frost and company on offense…you are dogsh!t…and that includes 4th down decisions.
Jo Jo was a Stud! I thought the D played really well with the exception of Cam on the TD reception by the OSU wide receiver he was isolated on. I could tell from 1600 miles away that the receiver was going to run to the sideline. I felt Cam gave little to no effort on that play.
