When Williams misses, he misses bad. He threw at least three passes that you had to wonder who on the Chicago team was meant to catch the ball. Williams had the highest percentage of off target passes of all quarterbacks coming into Week 3 and it showed. Yeah his first two touchdowns were pretty but also both wide open, one a blown coverage, one a flea flicker.

Really does not look like a smart call on 3rd down, or a smart choice by Murray of where to throw on 3rd down.
