Both teams will have the opportunity to possess the ball during OT.
What happens if the team receiving the KO in OT holds the ball for all 10 minutes and scores as time expires? Yes, it is possible. Teams have taken the clock down under 2:30 when they scored on the opening OT drive this year.
Does the defense that just had a 10-minute scoring drive hung on them get the ball back for a series even with no time on the clock?
I’m guessing it’s game over and they don’t deserve the ball.

In regular season. Team B gets a possession in playoffs.
The only difference between regular season and playoffs is the length of the period. If a team could hold the ball for the entire 15 playoff ot period and score with no time remaining, the other team would not get the ball.

Yes they would...each team is guaranteed a possession in the post season...and the first possession carries over to the second OT if the clock runs out.
