Is this OK or is it racist?

Is it a picture of an accomplished QB insulting an unaccomplished QB from the same team?
-or-
Is it a white person telling a black person to perform a menial job?

This came from another forum. The racist angle didn't cross my mind.

For half a season Dak had Andy Dalton fetching his pads and I see nothing wrong with it

Probably needs context, but my stab:

1) It is racist because everything is racist, OR

2) It is accurately portraying the level of each QB's relative contribution to the 49'rs so it's funny.

Not really sure I want to wallow in the abyss of whether or not some rando’s home made kindergarten text photoshop meme is racist. Does anyone really care? It’s the internet....plenty of other overtly racist and also, conversely, quite tame things to see wherever you want to look.

Would have been funnier if it read, "I need my back hair shaved" instead of car washed.

Mr. Referee, which coach on their staff is berating you? The only black coach. That's racist, couldn't you come up with another way to describe him!?!?!?

Mr. Paul, as a white guy, isn't it racist that you knocked out your black opponent in your boxing match?

These are real things that happened this week. So yeah, it's racist. Because every 17ing thing is racist now.

It's stretching it to call this racist, but it strikes me as more racist than a picture of an old woman knitting a noose for her husband.

The question of whether it is racist is in itself a microaggression and therefore violent since emotional stress can lead to negative physical consequences

Edit: ** -- but that's the position

Im pretty sure its stating that this is Joe Montana, hall of fame 49ers QB with 5 superbowl rings and compared to him Kaep should be washing his car because he sucks as a QB in the NFL. The fact that people interject skin color into the conversation is racist.

He knows talent when he sees it...

Kaepernick has a massive soft bristle brush attached to his head. He was born to wash cars, just like Joe was born to win Super Bowls.

Is this the 2020 version of the Rorschach test? I would say it could be construed as racist for those who want to apply race into every situation and are looking to find racist intentions behind every corner. On the other hand, if this said Alex Smith or Nick Mullens instead of Kapernick, would that be considered racist since Montana did not acknowledge the black quarterback who led the 49ers to their most recent trip to the Superbowl? Quite a conundrum.

I’m sure it’s racist now because well everything is racist.

Is it actually racist? Not unless anyone who has ever washed cars is black.

Of course it's not racist. But there are so many people out there who badly WANT it to be racist just so they can "come to the rescue" and show everyone how woke they are.

It’s definitely a privileged old white guy demeaning a poor innocent black man.

The 17ing horror.

Don't really care one way or the other - it's a meme

Nothing inherently racist about it, but I'd bet the original poster didn't make it bc he was ranking Niner QBs, either.

I'm not sure it's racist, but I'm certain it isn't funny. This is the kind of joke that your 67 year old aunt makes on Facebook and she is NOT funny.

Why are so many people down voting mstateglfr when for once he's saying he didn't find something racist? We should be proud that we're finally wearing off on him.

Using the phrase "Is this OK" or any variant (such as "such and such just ISN'T OK"), is the most overused douchebaggy cliche idiocy that has emerged from 2020. Not surprising that you use it so regularly. It took the place of Wow Just Wow.

You need some hobbies, bruh.
