Im sure they have to tow the company line. But anyone who has ever flown 20 plus hours it sucks. Takes a few days to get over the jet lag. Fvcks up your body clock big time.

I had a 20 hour flight a few months ago. It sucked. But I imagine it would have been better in first class instead of coach. I also imagine it would have better without the screaming kids for most of the night.

I can’t directly speak to trying to stay on your own time for a short stay, but maybe that would alleviate the jet lag. SF is taking the opposite approach as the Rams. We will see who wins and how they play in week 2.

We flew to Naples via Istanbul in May. Did Pompeii, Capri, Sorrento and Positano. Turkish Airlines was surprisingly nice.

Avoiding the galleys is also important for nighttime Amtrak.

The first Thursday night games were on NFL network, right? Did you cry about that too? That you couldn't afford to upgrade your cable package? The extra games were always a money grab. Some of us were smart enough to understand that from the start.
