Congrats to both Cam Jurgens and Cam Taylor-Britt on being drafted in the 2nd round. Good luck at the next level.

can't believe he ran a 4.38. Never thought he was slow, but I don't remember seeing that speed.
Cam is feast or famine in man coverage (gets cooked on double moves) and can make poor judgment on pursuit angles. His speed hid some issues

Sounds like Deebo and Jimmy G want to be traded. They gonna do it?
Nobody is trading for Jimmy G until he proves he's 100% healthy. And even then, why trade for an average QB who is set to make $26 million and then become a free agent?

What I am concerned about is, it shows either Pickett is dumb, Whipple didn't elevate his mind, or he made his football mind stagnant.
The Wonderlic doesn't have anything to do with football or a "football mind". It's a decision making test. There's only one coach who would waste valuable time with players on crap like that and we all know who he is.

No. Don't sleep on Cine. He's a murderer. Vikings just found their next great safety for years to come. Very happy with that pick.
Well, I like the speed for sure. I just hope he can play corner because they let all of the top corners go when they traded down. They're desperate for a good corners.

CTB proved me wrong big time. I hope he has a long and productive career for his fellow Husker!
He hasn't proved anything yet. Let's see if he makes the active roster..... Your sweeping pronouncements of suckitude do seem like they jump up and bite you in the *** sometimes.

Wan'Dale Robinson goes to the Giants in the 2nd round. Good for him, hope he does well.
Wandale Robinson. The next Leo Lewis. I do NOT understand the love affair with a 5'5" WR who weighs 160 and doesn't run a 4.25 like he was touted as. He's going to get killed. Tyreek Hill is thick. Wandale is not.

I agree 100%

I assume he worked his tail off with a specialist between end of season and combine and it paid major dividends

I don't know where this speed thing came from but you can clearly tell he was a very fast player. Maybe not ultra-elite speed, but if you go back and watch his INT returns he is moving. On top of that he locked down some of the best WRs in the conference -- guys that have already been drafted in the first few rounds. His recovery speed is actually what makes him a good DB prospect. The game he locked up Jahan Dotson (16th pick), he got juked hard on one play but immediately recovered and ran him down from behind. After that play I knew he was going to be given a shot in the pros. He also has a 520 lb. squat which is very good for a DB.

It's a different NFL these days, dingle. In the past you would have been right...one play over the middle and a safety sends his brain to a medical research center but the game has changed.

There are still plenty of violent collisions. I'm not worried about head shots to him. His legs are twigs. I just think he's WAY over rated. He was a very good college player but I think he'll be an NFL bust. F=MA.

So now does Green Bay take Toure with a late pick or does he sign an UDFA contract with them?

CTB has excellent speed. He showed his "catchup" speed often when he was beat. His problem isn't his speed. It's his tackling.

He's not the only one. I haven't been happy with our Secondary tackling/decision making for ages. I hate it when they run into guys but don't wrap up, or dive at peoples knees and don't wrap up, or get called for targeting or hit people out of bounds. (End of rant)

WTH. The Nailor kid from Michigan State just got drafted by the Vikings. Damn. Is their new GM high? The kid ran a 4.5 and is smallish. What the hell do they need another WR for? Draft some linebackers or O linemen for heaven's sake. Hell get a tight end.

Danniels and Allen go undrafted. Wish they would have came back instead of entering the draft.
