I was gonna start one as well. Post your team and who you hope to get. Im a Packers fan. 4 picks in first 2 rounds. If we don't draft at least 1 stud WR in the first 2 rounds I'll be pissed!! I'm hoping Chris Olave but this is a real deep WR class. Christian Watson from NDSU in the late 1st to 2nd round would be good as well. Go Pack!!

You mean tomorrow night?
ha yes. jumped the gun.

as a Bears fan, I hope they either take two linemen (O or D) with our 2 2nd rounders or trade them back

in fact, I hope they take offensive/defensive linemen with every pick unless there's a secondary player they like

Sounds like Deebo and Jimmy G want to be traded. They gonna do it?
I think they hold onto to Deebo unless someone offers a couple of # 1s. He is under contract for another year then could be tendered a qualifying offer to get 1 more year. I think they would take a #6 for Jimmy G to get his contract off the books. Offseason surgery killed his market. Should be ready by the fall so hopefully they can deal him and get some cap space.

Ya. I think they are ready to move on from Jimmy G. But I heard they want a ton of picks for Deebo. Unless the Jets offer their whole draft I doubt they will trade him.

Whipple's former prick, going to slip in draft due to wonderlic score, 17, according to everyones favorite blowhole Cowturd. What I am concerned about is, it shows either Pickett is dumb, Whipple didn't elevate his mind, or he made his football mind stagnant.

You do understand there are zero football questions on the Wonderlic Test, correct?

Hope My Chiefs trade one, or both, of their first rounders to Seattle for Metcalf, assuming he'll sign long term. I'd take him over any WR out of college. If they don't do that, then they need to trade them to either move up for an elite d-lineman or trade them for an elite d-lineman already in the league.

His small hands may hurt his draft stock more being a QB.

I would take DK or Deebo on my Pack in a heartbeat, but they will want the huge money contracts right now. If you can get a Jamarr Chase or Justin Jefferson in the draft then you can save some money on the rookie contracts.

I hope your Chiefs draft Henry Ruggs 2.0.

As a Lions fan, if they can get Hutchinson- awesome. If not, theyre going Walker or Thib. I’d prefer Thib due to having real production in college. Where Walkers production just wasn’t there.

They have the #32 pick as well. They need so many pieces, so I’m good with best available. But a WR would be great.

I hope the Chiefs keep both first round picks; with 6 picks in the first 3 rounds I would like to see them bring in some (relatively) cheap talent especially on defense. An Edge (Ojabo or Karlaftis) and corner (McDuffie if he falls or Andrew Booth) would be a great start on Thursday.

Peyton Manning 28
Tom Brady 33
Joe Burrow 34

Jamarcus Russel 24
Geno Smith 24
Baker Mayfield 25

Being intelligent helps.
Obviously...but this was your quote:

"it shows either Pickett is dumb, Whipple didn't elevate his mind, or he made his football mind stagnant."

First one could be right...the next two don't have anything to do with the Wonderlic.

Blaine Gabbert - 42
Johnny Manziel - 32
Patrick Mahomes - 24
Dan Marino, Donovan McNabb, Jim Kelly, Terry Bradshaw - 15

I do agree intelligence helps, I just found these other comparison scores interesting.

Chiefs are built to win right freaking now...trade the 2 #1's and bring in a sure thing....IMO, which is worth what you paid for it.

That’s a valid thought and the Chiefs might do it. But I trust Veach to find multiple guys who can play on a Super Bowl winner. Humphrey, Bolton, Smith last year all played like first rounders and look like 10 year starters. I would plug two holes in the first round vice trading up and plugging 1 or trading for Metcalf and then giving him the contract that we wouldn’t give Hill.

Vikings to grab a db first, likely Stingley from LSU. Good chance they grab Jurgens in the 2nd or 3rd if available since their center is a dumpster fire.

You're right though, being intelligent does help, but you can definitely overcome a poor Wonderlic score with some darn good football intelligence.

In the past 20 years 87% of Iowa seniors have either been drafted or signed as free agents in the NFL.

Is it 87% of Iowa starters or 87% of Iowa Seniors? Let’s just assume that one of the above is true. That would make Iowa the most underachieving team in the history of football.

Let’s call it what it is. Both stats are lies.
