My wife's conspiracy theory is that an agreement not to draft Sanders was made between teams in order to boost TV ratings.

I am guessing Shedeur has never had his @ss chewed by a football coach.
The funniest part of this whole deal is him and daddy had a list of teams before the draft that they said he would never play for. I bet they would reconsider now that nobody wants him. RollingLaugh

It sounds like Shedeur was so sure he was going to the Giants he told the other teams to FK off. Then he bombed the last private workout by showing up unprepared and refusing to listen to Daboll. By then he had burned all his bridges with other teams and now suffering the consequences.

I don't think anyone's passing on Sanders because his arm talent, or what he's capable of doing when everything is going right. I thought he would drop in the draft because of those drive-killing sacks he takes and his untimely INTs - things NFL teams absolutely hate. But I didn't think he would fall this far.

If you could somehow turn back the clock and put Sanders in a program where he got actual coaching and was held accountable for his mistakes, I think you would have an early first-round QB. But that ship sailed a while ago.
That’s it pretty much in a nutshell

He has talent, but he also has plenty of deficiencies to go along with that talent. Teams will often take chances on projects like that with the idea that they can coach them up to their potential.
But this guy is screaming ‘uncoachable’. So who is going to invest their time and money on him when there is so little hope of any worthwhile return?
I certainly wouldn’t.

I don't think this is that complicated. There were only a few franchises that really need a qb. Sanders made it seem like he was above them. The rest of the franchises already have long-term qbs, or are functional organizations that don't want a known dipshit and his known dipshit family in their building.

If you are legitimately trying to win a SB, does that circus help? If you have a young qb room, does that circus help? If you have a young coach, does bringing in that circus undermine him? There were only a few legit options, IMO, and he seems to have poisoned those relationships.

Which, as others have said, if he’s just a backup QB… Who wants an immature entitled backup QB who will inevitably believe he should be the starter and bring the Sanders family clown show.

Deion and Shadeur are just now learning that you can only be a complete assclown if you’re a generational talent. NFL doesn’t think the juice is worth the squeeze. Deion has never experienced this and didn’t prepare his son for this or really ever believe it was possible. Couldn’t happen to a more unlikable pair of ********.

The big rumors now is that Mel and Rich are being told to shut up about Sanders because he doesn’t want to be drafted now so they can pick their own team in FA. FA have three year contracts compared to four years for drafted players

Steelers have the 13th pick in the 7th round.

Tomlin can put Deion in the timeout corner in Pittsburgh.

Rodgers + Sanders in the same QB room would be awesome.

Please let this happen.

Has anyone considered that Shadeur isn’t getting drafted because he’s GAY?

Sounds like the Sanders family have a potentially lucrative discrimination lawsuit on their hands. Gay card might be their best play at this point…

The Browns end the circus. Lol

Well There It Is Jurassic Park GIF

Browns GM and Coaching staff are banking on Cleveland being so ****** that Deion will stay away. Only team that really had that card to play…

Rich Eisen saying to give Shedeur his moment even though they robbed everyone else.
