Break ALL the conferences down by teams and then allow decisions to be made. I venture that Alabama will have a whole lot to do with the number from the SEC and Clemson will also be dominant. A;so would be helpful to know the number of seniors start and on the two deep for all the teams. Easy to use one simple statistic and draw massive conclusions that may not give a really accurate picture. This may be another example of looking only at the surface and drawing a very distorted, superficial conclusion.
To some, it serves as their motivation to rip into the Big 12 dmd jane statistics to 'prove' their contention, even if substance is lacking for their conclusion.

You sure are pretty good at making assumptions about me. WVU recruiting is the same as it has always been and the same as it's always gonna be, just the way it is. But, you don't really care about a real recruiting discussion, so I'll let you go back to googling more names to call me.
The Big XII = the Big East + Oklahoma. As Ive always maintained, they week in and week out competition is very much like how the Big East was which was 6 generally competitive but no where close to elite programs and a few bottom feeders. The only noticeable difference in competition is when we play OU IMO. Sure Texas will probably be back at some point also, but right now its OU, 7 middling top 15-top 45 programs (WVU/Pitt/Cincy/USF/Syracuse/Louisville in the BE), and the bottom feeders KU and ISU (RU/UConn, although often they were interchangeable with USF/Syracuse in the "decent" tier)

If you were around a few years ago you would remember all the talk and posting about how great the recruiting would be in the Big12. More money, more money going to recruiting, higher profile competition, ect.
