To be fair the starting RB may be one of the best in their history.

The point is while not a shot at Northwestern they are not at Michigan, OSU, PSU, Wisc level. This year does appear to be their apex and a step down next year as well as RU home game.

As for Indiana they have shown grit and toughness ... they are similar to us in some ways but they appear to have better receivers, a better Qb, and their lines are steadily improving...D backs and LB ‘ers pretty good...wish Tysir Mack had not flipped he is better than anyone we had this season.

Though Larkin looked good as a true freshman backup this year. Rushing: 75 attempts, 391 yards, 5.2 ypc, 5 TDs. Receiving: 11 rec, 115 yds.

They also bring back 4 of their OLine to open holes, and a 4-year starter QB with their top 2 WRs to keep defenses from stacking the box.

They may not step down all that much.
