Green said back earlier in the year that this would be our starters:

G Green
G Diallo
F Knox
F Bamba
F Richards

He is our PG, so he probably knows best, so I am going with his.

I would say that our Line-up for next year will certainly see some changes and I bet that Coach Cal will play around with the lineup in some of our OOC schedule.

We could go with many different lineups to start the season
Green/Alexander - PG's
Diallo/Baker(off the bench if guards in foul trouble or needs rest) - SG's
Knox/Vanderbilt/PJ Washington - Forwards
Richards/Bamba - Centers
Then you have Gabriel, SKJ, and Wynyard off the bench.
I am sure Coach Cal will look at many different starting 5 versions of these 11 or 12 players. Coach Cal likes to have a rotation of 8 or 9 players and likes to play them anywhere from 25 to 30 minutes a game.
I would say if Diallo returns and Bamba commits next then Coach Cal's 8 or 9 rotation would be
Green
Diallo
Alexander
Knox
Washington
Vanderbilt
Bamba
Richards
This would be 8 outstanding players that he would have in his rotation by the time we hit SEC Play. When you have 8 in Coach Cal's rotation then the 8 players switching around could average 25-30 minutes a game.
Then if there is foul trouble and we know from the last few years in SEC league play we would see many of our players get into foul trouble like last year with BAM and we saw Monk and Fox in a few get into foul trouble so when you have an 8 strong rotation each player should play around 30 minutes a game.
We would also have Gabriel, SKJ, and Wynyard off the bench. We are going to be loaded with 10 or 11 strong players next year.

Getting Diallo or Cam would be big since the big hole is at SG. Would like to see Cal play more zone if he doesn't get those two

Even if it's just Diallo and Bamba, we are going to be stupid loaded and while he won't call it platooning, I can't see how we don't play 10 close to 20 mins a game.

Can't ever see Bamba and Richards both starting. Only two 5s on the squad. When both get 2 early fouls then what?

Uhh we already got Diallo, and Knox will play the 2 if he leaves. So not really a hole at SG

I like it but no way Gabriel doesnt contribute and probably SKJ. I know Cal said he wont platoon but to many deserving kids.

I am not saying that Gabriel and SKJ doesn't contribute or they could turn it around during the summer and through practice time and really impress Coach Cal. I was looking towards the end of the year for Gabriel and the huge slump he went into during February and March where his playing time went from 25 minutes down to 10-15 minutes per game. Gabriel is going to have to really turn it around with this amount of talent coming in to get that playing time. SKJ was just not getting any minutes after the 1st of the year. I don't know if he was in Coach Cal's doghouse. To be a 5* player and had played some decent games during OOC schedule to not even getting on the floor during the SEC Schedule something happened and I know a lot of fans were asking if he was in Coach Cal's doghouse.
I would also say that Cameron Johnson is still an option if Diallo stays in the NBA Draft. Cam Johnson in his interviews talked more about Diallo's decision than anyone else's decision about coming to UK. So, if Diallo stays in the draft I would say Coach Cal would still try and get Cam Johnson if he is still available. It sounded like in his interview he mentions Rawle Alkins and Hamidou Diallo interested in seeing if these two players stay in the Draft or come back to school. So, I believe Cam Johnson will wait on these two players decisions and then he will make his decision between UK and Arizona.
