Does Joe tell the coach how much to work the guys or what type of regimen to use ? Did someone tell you he micromanaged that program ? If so who told you ?
He most certainly sets the overall regimen. That’s why we have regressed and become overall softer as a team. He dictates how they practice and what they focus on.
Do you not have 17ing eyes? Ineptitude is staring you in the 17ing face. Moorcroom is our coach cohempleton is our ad, we have time warped back to 2006 when another coach threw his players and our fanbase under the bus and got retained for it.

Completely agree, I am disappointed in him as the offensive guru he was sold as, but always thought he was more likeable than DM and truly seems to enjoy being in Starkville. But after that post game press conference he lost all likeability for me. When that's loss I look at performance or in his case consistent underperformance. Her goes 2020 and I have little faith he can right the ship!
Completely agree I would hope that was part of the four hour discussion with Cohen today, but who knows?

I see this complaint often but I have absolutely no context. Seems I’ve seen injuries as a the only stated indicator but they are on par with most other programs in the SEC.

Unfortunately I have to agree here. It’s not going to be spectacular or horrifically horrible, just more of a non-eventful suck that drags on all year and multiplies the apathy.
Good news is, the fanbase will be boiling over once the new hire is made a year from now.

Just the way they looked out of shape. I remember when Dan was here guys would take before and after pics, you could see a drastic change in muscle and body composition. Plus the injuries are a part of being in shape. Eroll looked like he actually got fatter and slower. He needs to drop about 15 lbs and get some speed.
Physicality, mental toughness, physical toughness and the like are built during the offseason in the weight room and in spring and summer training and conditioning. These coaches spend the most amount of time with the players. Saban noted the importance by saying that Cochran is the most important coach he has on his staff.
ive never met Cory Bichey before, but this is the last guy you would picture as a P5 head S&C coach. I’m not trying to knock the guy, but it’s not surprising we are often described as soft with this guy at the helm. He should have been demoted when Erroll showed up 20lbs overweight.
