Keir Starmer was not responsible for rapes occurring in 2005 in Britain. Under no application of any logic could that be true. In fact, even if said rapes were happening today, it would be the rapist that would be responsible. Starmer's government failing to prosecute would be a separate failing, but again that simply is inapplicable to this story.

Dude I simply pointed out that there is zero point in citing a three year period rather than a 16 month period other than to misrepresent the argument. I didn’t make the wrong argument or cite it. You cited it. The relevant time frame is 16 months, not 3 years.
You someone think you are scoring points by saying “most of these elections did take place in post USAID period.” Setting aside the lack of any argument linking the results to USAID, the time period being wrong degrades the credibility of the argument.

There was an interesting editorial in the NYT on how idiotic it is that Trump wants this to be a fight. You know what the author’s first acknowledgment was? That Trump is right that many Washington landmarks need sprucing him. And I’ve been there plenty in recent years, that’s right. Trump is right that the reflecting pool looked like ***. But he tried a silly quick fix on no bid contracts and fell on his face.
