They had a video at the start that was good, but to be honest, I'm not sure I understand what the difference was except a few new songs here and there? On the other hand, there was serious energy in that stadium. People were amped up. The blue hair was standing on end.

You never saw so much energy sucked out of 90k people as when they stopped play for lightning.

The new lighting was pretty neat, but you could tell it has some bugs to it. We didn't fully get to see what it can do in its entirety.

The new LED panels were pretty neat. I was expecting more, but I have no idea what else it would have been.

The video was really good, really set the tone for everything and built for this season's new motto: "Red Burns Brightest".

They played Sirius partially until Scott opened the locker room doors and it changed to X Ambassador - Jungle. Wasn't familiar with the song, but it's not bad! Really liked how booming it is over the sound system.

I liked the concept of starting with Sirius and then changing to another song....but wasn't crazy about the song they picked. I kind of hope they mix it up and use a different song every game. With the new lights, I would have went with "All of the Lights" by Kanye.

I am probably more of a traditionalist than most on here and probably referred to as a cramudgen but I thought IF you were going to change the tunnel walk, last night would have been the right time. I thought they attempted to do it right by embracing the past and marrying the future.
The place was jacked up for sure and i liked the new lighting around the gates.
It has my blessing.

It was basically the same Tunnel Walk. With a new song added in. A tradition has to start somewhere. The old tunnel walk had gotten stale it was time to try something new.

"Bulls on parade" from rage against the machine. If that doesn't get you fired up just conceded

I has no problem with what they did. I loved it. Tied a little of the old with somthing new. I was pumped up. I felt there was a much needed change. GO BIG RED

Some of the other tunnel walks seemed to drag on too long. I thought this one was great but ultimately that at least in part was because of the guy leading them out of the tunnel. That was as juiced as I've ever seen the stadium for the tunnel walk. You couldn't hear yourself think in there.

That would've been awesome

60,000 people clapping slowly in unison while watching TV isn't a great way to fire up a crowd.

Since that's all we got. Heard Sirius, what else?
Adidas helped do all those upgrades. Personally I loved it. If you were lined up, it was intense. My eyes were about to burst it was so loud in that tunnel. Frost is also very active in these things. He is trying to get the “cool factor” back. Do things other universities don’t do. Area code was also his doing.

Back in the day it was more of a swagger thing celebrating our recent accomplishments strutting our trophy's. Agree with your assessment.

The one thing I kept hearing from coaches and players all they couldn't hear the music. Just an Extremely Loud crown that really fired them up
