Kids -- and I think I can call most of you that -- when you pass 50, you spread. At 60, you spread and droop. At 70, you don't want to know.

Cal is over 60, so he's spreading and drooping. Some of it is diet, but I swear, when you're over 60 calories just invade your body from the air, from pictures, from memories.

I always knew I was ahead of my time, I’ve been spreading since 40 and now I am almost 50 and the droop is setting in. LOL!

They look good. Love the up tempo, balls to the wall style.
Going to need to kearn how to play stall ball grinders though. Nobody is going to want to run with this team.

I have gone from 215 down to 203 by just staying away from bread and sweets. AT 77 years old I am proud of myself. Never felt better in my life. Going to try and get to 200. And I am 6'1 inches. Did not realize you could feel so much better.
I’ve gone from 216 to 196-200. Then again I’ve been on chemo since last November, so……At least I’ve always had a fairly athletic build.

I have lost 50 pounds in 6 months cutting out the sugar and simple carbs. After 50 it has to be a lifestyle change not just some diet fad. Congrats on your success and keep it up. I never thought it was worth feeling so much better to deny myself the foods I wanted but as I get older it is becoming more and more worth it.

Then when you hit 80 your bones start shrinking, it’s a weird thing, the human body. Growing and contracting all the time.

Graduated college in 08 at 270+. Was a manager with 2 young kids and eating tons of fast food. Cut portions and exercised to lose around 40 pounds over a few years

In 2017, I dropped 40 pounds in a few months by eliminating sugar and cutting meat portions.

Had no choice really, had a heart attack and found out I was diabetic at the same time. All at the ripe old age of 37. Really opened my eyes to the effects sugar has on us. Lot of my family has really cut it out as well and have lost a lot of weight

That was 5 years ago. Holding at around 190-194 and the healthiest I've ever been. Meat intake has went up some, but still at almost 0 sugar

This. 20-30 pounds is easy to lose just by shedding water weight or cutting out the really bad stuff. Then it’s difficult as heck.

Yep. I am 70 and have dropped 26 since April 1 doing the same, but I have added no processed foods or sugar to the no bread. Never felt more alert and only need to eat 2 times a day.

It’s absolutely amazing how drastically the wrong and right foods can effect your energy levels.

Im tellin you, Toppin is going to be our breakout superstar this year. Keon getting all of his minutes last year was insane. Cal knew he had to give up on Keon so pushed him out the door.

But man Toppin is everywhere in that video. Think he has a tremendous year.
I agree I just think this is going to be a special year for Toppin. If he can hit that outside shot the sky is the limit for him. I hope we have a special year this year.

..... My God.

Did he actually use a timeout there, or is this a hallucination or flashback?

There may be hope yet... I keep telling myself that, at least! Lol
