What happened to the possibility of Ulises De Los Santos ?
is he still thinking it through - or did all parties come to the conclusion that he was better off going to Delaware State?

yes, I know his desire is DL - but he has been OL too.

Todderick Hunt wrote that Ulises may have to wait until after signing day to receive an RU offer. He may delay signing with DState until that clears up.

Also, Thomas Lopez is from Middletown south. He may prep a year.
