Getting that 3rd or 4th down stop against Navy is always tough because they rarely have negative yards and they can usually pound out 2.5 to 3 yards a carry against pretty much any defense they face. I think the turnover battle is supremely important against them. We have to make them commit a fumble or two (BEFORE THE FINAL WHISTLE...grumble..grumble...forward progress my ***...)
We had them stopped and created a turnover on 4th down last year...at least that's what the replay showed :)

The key to Navy is limiting 1st down yardage. If you can keep them to 1 or 2 yards on 1st down and get them into obvious passing downs, you can win those battles. Their WRs and their QB (when passing) is nothing special. CBs and FS stay disciplined and on their guy, their QB is not going to make that special throw like Dane and GJ could.
