i know everyone hates Laviano but this is far from his fault..grant fumble, cioffi two hand touch, etc. He also just threw a perfect strike on a 75 yard TD..

Ash needs to prove himself and not be given such a big pass.
Flood's recruiting was bad and hurts RU, but Ash needs to be held accountable himself.
That said RU scored and maybe Ash will make the needed adjustments to beat a team like the Lobos.
Blaming Flood for everything is just a way to excuse Ash now.
Ash needs time, no doubt, but not blind faith.

The missed tackles just keep on adding up. This may be the most frustrating aspect of this new staff. So damn frustrating. I just hope this doesn't cause many recruits to reconsider the staffs ability to develop players. Because I see no weekly progress.

I can't even imagine how many points Ohio state is going to put up in us.

Blah blah blah ********. If you don't have the personnel this is what happens. Bottom line. Like I said some of us called the Washington game before Ash ever hired and some of us called this game as well. Not too difficult to figure these things out.

That doesn't mean I don't want to see improvement from the staff and the team, I do, but you can't expect much with the new staff overnight with the personnel that we have IMHO.

I admit that it don't know as much about the game as Ash, but I have a very difficult time understanding this strategy of spotting your opponent a two or three touchdown lead.

I'm sorry did he drop a punt, which went for a TD on the next play? Is he one of the 3 LBs getting gashed for 6yrds per carry or a corner getting burned by a team that never throws?

That was a big defensive series IF we can actually do something on offense. -I'm sure the "D" would appreciate a bit of a drive here as well.

Especial if you refuse to admit NM isn't the type of team that should be playing RU like it is and keep the blame all on Flood without seeing faults in the present staff.
Washington outclassed RU and nothing terrible about that seeing what As is up against, Howard hung too tough in first half but adjustments gave hope because of how they worked in second half for Rutgers.
But this game isn't one that excuses can be made unless you want to wear blinders.
Rutgers probably will havea bad year and some on Flood, some on players, but some must be put on Ash and his straff.
Some Ash supporters are starting to sound like the old Floodies, refuse to look at what's in front of them

I'm not saying Ash won't prove to be a keeper, just being realistic about the way RU looks now and how the blame needs o be shared.
