has The Flagship playing, Ole Miss, Southern Cal, or North Carolina....... Didn't look, but who is Marshall projected to play? Mich. St, Stanford, Georgia? Didn't see. Help a brother out, it's got to be a Titan of college football.

Well, they wouldn't be projected to play any of them anyway, but even if they were, they'd puss out and take a lesser bowl against lesser competition.
Such a shame. I always loved the classic Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Florida St., bowl match ups with the herd. Just part of Americana.
We can only claim bowl wins against such pedestrian teams like, U of Florida, Georgia, Clemson, Oklahoma, etc.... But, to have the herd's trophy case of Goliaths slayed........starting to understand their hubris. I can't believe we've been so LUCKY against them,12 times in a row. Uncanny.
I don't even want to mention their 11 wins per year average in basketball over the past three seasons. Bring them in P5, but watch what you wish for.

Their bowls have been moved to before Christmas sometimes so that it gets undivided attention and their are no distractions from Christmas or New Years celebrations. A true American treasure.

We've played and beaten Ole Miss in a bowl before too. That was when Eli played. I didn't include them back then because Ole Miss was no big deal until the last few years.
