Is there any other team that is rated in the AP poll that is 7 spots lower than the RPI ? I don't know just asking if someone wants to check it out.

Laugh on my man but think on this. If the RPI has UK 15 and the sportswriters were to have UK 7 spots in the other direction we would be #8 in the AP. But guess what? Ofcourse they dont they have UK 8 spots further down than the RPI and at #22.

SMU is 10 spots lower, Cal is 9 spots lower. MSU is 10 spots higher for what it's worth.
These teams are so close in talent. Who cares if there's a seven spot difference?
Why don't you list all of the teams Top 25 in both AP and RPI and see the differences. It's not just UK.
The two polls don't have to agree.

It's not conspiracy its bias. It's been there for as long as I can remember. I remember my dad told me big time bias against UK. He was very correct

Its real from the treatment we get by the refs hell we dont get calls at Rupp!
Its being put in the toughest regions in the NCAAs every freakin yr.
Its this bs in the AP poll...we lose we drop 4 spots...Duke loses they drop 1.
Yet we beat Duke head to head when the Devils were healthy on a neutral court, we have identical 21-8 records but hey sorry they are 5 spots better than UK in the polls.

Yes but if we lose 1 of the 2 we will be out of the top 25,if we win both we might get to 17 or 18
From a media standpoint we have been the bad guys for a long time.It is o.k. to cheat like UNC,recruit using hookers like UL,flop and trip like Duke and pay players like UCLA but don't give them sumbitches at UK any credit for anything.
I can't say that I think we should be a 3 seed either. I love the Cats but it depends on which team shows up and what seed they are. The team that played South Carolina is a 3 seed. The team that played Vandy should be a 5 or 6 seed.
I don't recall a year like this when even the "best" teams regularly lose. It's anybody's game come March April.
