I knew it was Moos and the booze (haiku).

My larger point is that a select few are already bagging on Rhule and Alberts without a down being played.
agreed.

makes me sick to see so many openly criticizing this staff's evaluation of players, especially the ones they inherited.

sad stuff

Right, but what is different about that versus offering every RB in the top 250 in 2024 which this staff appears to have done?

I think Rhule will do better than Frost. I thought Frost would have done better than Frost…

I guess you miss 100% of shots you don’t take, but if all of those offers are committable, and clearly some of them have been passed on by power teams who have hard commits much lower, then it looks like much of the same. And… if they aren’t committable, why offer?
Maybe we're looking at different lists or I don't know how to properly search, but I don't see that we've really offered any top rbs on rivals. This staff appears to be very organized, hard working, and has a vision. I don't think we can ask for much more right now.

Oh! You can ask for more... How about landing some of these "superstars" before anyone gets wet. I like Matt, but after years of trash, prove yourself or shut up.. His recruiting is not lighting the world on fire right now. Any low 3 star that commits, and everyong creams. Prove the **** before u get excited, or get burned like the last 25 years...And I like what Matt is doing. However... You know the drill.. WINS and Losses.. Don't annoint him just yet...Heard this song and dance the last 25 years.. SHOW IT ON THE FEILD this year. 6 to 8 wins is pathetic- but I will believe in year one if they acheive that. My guess? 5 tops..
Matt is a barely above .500 as a head coach. Let us see how it plays out. Saying the right things is great .. Winning is another thing altogether. I will be sold on Matt when he proves it. And I am not so sure that he can. Matt, prove me wrong. Not with your sweettalking---with wins and lossses.
Show me one person who has anointed Rhule… just one. Also, show me who has creamed themselves for any low 3 star recruit. It hasn’t happened. Everyone on this board has said he’s doing things right for now, but we need to see it on the field. The problem is no games have been played so we don’t have that metric to judge him by. There are many who have said he should win 7 or 8 games minimum, but that isn’t anointing him, it’s judging the schedule for this fall.

My guess? Sunday morning, 3:30 am… you’ve been drinking again and posted all these generalities that applies to no one. You shouldn’t post after you’ve been drinking.

Well I personally think he is a great fit for NU and I'm willing to support him until I see a reason not to.

Nothing wrong with a few eye-openers to get you ready for Sunday services.
