I spend zero time on other message boards and pretty much focus on UK sports. My feed yesterday was littered with post from Bama fans complaining about the overturned TD run where they said he stepped out at the 4. I was surprised that call was overturned myself but bama scored one play later and won by 4 freaking TD’s. Comments were all about how officials tried like heck to give UK the game but they had to eventually give up as well. Anyone else’s feed like that since the game? What a whiny *** entitled fan base.

Have no clue about their fans but as a Kentucky fan I'll admit we were in the game at half time because of the refs. That's bad when you see them helping your team. Refs completely controlled the first half. Thats why I wasn't really buying it because it never felt legit from what I was watching.
The defense did come out legit and aggressive. The first five or six minutes of that game was the most hype I've been about UK football in awhile. That was a lot of fun that didn't last long enough. UKs got the fans man they just need something to go crazy over. They showed up and it was loud.

But our own fanbase is pretty damned whiny and entitled. I should know. I'm one of them.
In some ways, but their football fans are punching down and acting tough toward a team they look down on. It's one thing if it's Louisville or Tennessee for us, but to them, we're a nothing FB program.
I think they know they'll never have a Saban-esque era again and I bet that slaps their nards every time they think of it. They're way too mouthy with too much recent success for there to be another reason, IMO.
Also when you come out and punch a team in the mouth like UK did Bama to begin the game that can piss off some rolltide willies.
Imagine if after a pick six and a fumble recovery and all the momentum in the world our QB didn't throw a pick six of his own with that two mph fast ball he's got on em. That was game changing. Erased basically everything. Then the fumble of his own then the fake punt .

No one's gonna have a Saban era again due to NIL. I agree with u there and probably even if not nil. The expanded playoff makes it harder to win than when was 1 or 2 games.
Alabama isnt gonna be who they were again unless they can spend more n nil. They are falling behind apparently.
It would be interesting to see legitimate data that rankis NIL spending by school for basketball and football.
Additionally, it would be interesting to see that NIL data ranked by cost per win in each sport.

Where's that bandwagon Bama fan? He probably could not tell you where the football team plays or what town the University is located without looking it up. Most Bama "fans" I know who live in Kentucky have never even been to Alabama.
I certainly didn’t feel that way about the first half. Granted I was bellied up at the bar talking with other cat fans around me but felt I was paying close attention to the game. I don’t recall egregious calls in our favor at all.
Bamas offensive line was never flagged for holding a single time, there was no PI calls against them. One defensive holding which gave us a first down but never saw the replay on what they saw.
Alabama fans should thank the Vol fanbase. That is the only group keeping them from being the whiniest in the country.
But….Nick Saban isn’t walking through that door and it’s still obvious that DeBoer is not an SEC-caliber coach. The Crimson Tide numb nuts will have plenty to cry about this year. Maybe we can all watch to see if Lane Kiffen will go to Tuscaloosa again this off season.

Not even close. The KY basketball fanbase will definitely complain about officiating, mostly during and right after a game on boards like this. Facebook and twitter have been littered with post about this call with incorrect pictures whining like the call cost them the game. They are still showing up 48 hours. It delayed their score by a single play. It cost them nothing.
They're much worse than the OSUFB/UKbb fan because we actually play each other.
