There is a train stop out there or there will be, but Pru would be easier for much of the fan base. Either one would be fine if we have opportunities for resume building wins.

UBS is short for Union Bank of Switzerland. I haven't been to the arena yet but hear good things except the cost of parking. There is a LIRR stop there but being completed. Expectation is late 2022 completion.
