In person? I haven’t seen anything about it

Doesn’t matter. You should tomorrow, Sunday or worst case Monday. My money is tomorrow evening-night. The biggest give away is like a few posters pointed out. If Frost wasn’t already a done deal....we’d be hearing about Moos talking to this coach, that coach, this guy or that guy. We have not heard one word about anyone else. Even someone like me that kept saying “let’s wait and see how it goes” can see this. Frost is indeed a done deal. If not, Moos is slacking beyond bad.

Why would you have heard about something "in person"?

I just meant that I’ve been on every social media and this board and reading articles and hadn’t heard anything so it would’ve had to have been him saying something in person. Should’ve clarified that better.

I’ve been back and forth. Either everyone saying the ink is dry is correct and he’s going to be announced this weekend, or he hasn’t made a decision yet and we’ll hear something later. I was really confident in the beginning but now that it’s getting closer I’m getting jittery.

Can understand that one Husker brotha. This ride is about over with. We shall have it all official soon. Then it’s time to turn the page and hopefully watch our Huskers climb back up...how high is on Frost and what he can do.

I hope so. I can’t even concentrate at work lol. Took my daughter to her first ever husker game when we played NIU and felt terrible about it. I remember being at games like the Crouch throwback against Oklahoma, the Joel mackovicka “2nd 3rd and 4th effort” touchdown run. Can’t wait for that again.

Just got through reading a story about the possibility of Taggart leaving the Ducks on the Oregonian website. Most of the people writing comments think Taggart is gone. Most writers think Frost is all set to come back home to the Huskers but there are a few who want to The AD to go after Scott. (Some Beaver fans are jokingly write the Duck can have Riley). Interestingly several commenters think offering the job to Leavitt is a mistake because they think K-State is his dream job and he will leave for Manhattan just as soon as Snyder retires.

I've got a great Duck story. September 29, 2012 was a great day. The Huskers beat Wisconsin. That evening The Ducks played WSU in Seattle at the Seahawks Stadium. I went with an old friend, JR, who was a big Coug fan. He was a sales rep with Sealand Barge Co. I used Sealand when I was in shipping to haul loads to Alaska. Sealand had tickets for the Mariners, Sonics and Seahawks. JR and I went to lots of games. Back to that September night. It was Leach's first year with the Cougs and they weren't very good. Chip Kelly's Ducks killed them. JR got our seats through his connections with the WSU Athletic Departmen. JR was kind of growly because we were pretty much surrounded by Duck fans. Great seats though. During warm-ups I began asking all these Duck fans who was a starting quarterback on a National Champion team that was out on the field. I must have asked 15-20 people. (I'm one of those people who finds out everything about a person on a chairlift ride). I'm wearing a white hat with a big, bright, red N in front and "Huskers" across the back. Some guessed Marcus Mariota when the Ducks would win the title that year (didn't quite happen). Not one could get the correct answer. Scott Frost.

Sadly JR died less than two years later from pancreatic cancer. He loved college football and his Cougs. That is why I always cheer for the Cougs (unless they play the Huskers again). For JR

Update: I guess the Huskers are playing WSU again. In Volleyball.

The dumpster fire that college football has turned into, I would think NU appeals to a football purist. I hope. Scott can change the outlook of college football.

BIG West is perfect for him. The name brand is already going to get NU in the top 4 of a playoff.

They don't even want to let in a 12-0 Wisky team in. lol

That’s only because the Badgers has a cupcake schedule. Never understood or seen how this helped anyone were some teams got gauntlet schedules (like ours the next couple years) and some teams got cupcake schedules (like Badgers this year). Benefits no one.

I don’t know... if Wisconsin wins tonight I’d say the schedule benefitted them just fine.
