Need Receivers

How many times did we hear, " no receivers were open this year?"
how many? seems to me we have been doing well on defense, but with martinez having trouble throwing interceptions over the middle, we needs receivers that can get open, waaaayyyyy open.

it looks like we have 2 big time receivers we are aiming for and I hope we get them. because this having only 1 good receiver a year isn't panning out. I think having 3 decent receivers would help the o-line, help martinez, help the rb's, and most importantly help the defense, instead of going 3 and out and leaving the defense on the field all game.

Well here’s what we got and looks like we will be adding to the list tomorrow....

Who we have now:




these guys we SHOULD add tomorrow:



Not a bad group of WRs. A Brown is a 4 star on 24/7 and ESPN and he’s also and early enrollee. And who knows, maybe we will add another or two down the road.

They added Hahn as well. Hahn will be going on scholarship after a year and a half so I think Hahn should really count in this class. I think we get Fleming or Brown, but I doubt that we take both. Maybe that's why Brown is announcing tonight, so that he can find out what the situation is and decide from there. I think the staff prefers Fleming and thinks that they are going to get him.

Sounds like a guy who went to games and saw that a receiver was open after the ball had already been thrown and the defense reacted. I love those kind of guys. I possibly could agree with you but we tried 3 qbs and they all had similar issues....so either all three are awful, equally, or the wrs weren't getting open. Just remember that one of our qbs was already a Freshman All-American...so..

We definitely added several today. Now all we need is for Betts to continue working hard in school and keep on his current path. We are adding some big time WRs this class. GBR
