Well, NU hung tough, but MSU was just a little better. NU had to work so hard to get shots. On those occasions where they actually got a good look, they didn’t have their legs. They are running on empty.

Missed last 13 3’s... you hit just 2 of those and your down 2. We weren’t mentally ready to shoot in this one. Can’t hit jumpers. Too one dimensional and you don’t beat sparty that way. I actually think refs have been a little bit generous to us in this one. Not a lot but a lil bit - 50 cent

We hung with a top 10 team all night. We are not bad. And Roby is pretty good.

I think The poor shooting was a result of MSU’s tough defense. When you have to work that hard every possession just to get a look, you’ve got nothing left to finish the shot.

Michigan State's offense averages 85 points. Nebraska played a hell of a game defensively. But man, Miles needs some shooters. I think I've posted that exact sentence 2 years in a row. Huskers played tough despite a poor night shooting.
