Big home game this evening. Huskers are close to must-win mode for all remaining home games. Iowa comes in with a 2-7 conference record but they are comomg off an impressive 18 point road win over Wisconsin. Iowa likes to score and they don’t play a ton of defense. If the Huskers push the ball, I expect to see the big 3 in double figures for the second consecutive game.

Of note: the spread opened with Nebraska -7 and dropped hard from initial action.

I see a high scoring affair and the home team (and crowd) escaping with another win.

There’s a lot of momentum with this squad. Let’s see how far they can go.

Iowa beat Wisconsin at home, not in Madison. Still a good win and probably the most life the Hawkeyes have shown this season, but it wasn't a road win.

Thanks for the correction. Somehow I thought I saw the score at Wisconsin. You’re right.

Tough game for Iowa, they should however control the boards and points in the paint, Nebraska's best hope is shots from the outside.

Correct, outside of Michigan, Nebraska has been in numerous close games this year. However they’ve been really good against the spread this year. Currently at 15-6 ATS they lead division 1 basketball in record ATS.

I think we finally hammer Iowa. Probably be similar to the Michigan game. Crowd will be fired up tonight!

Nobody knew what we had with JPJ and Copeland. Our O/U total wins was like 14.5

Stop Bohanan ( what ever his name is) do not ever leave him open and attack the basket and Nebraska shouldn’t have any trouble tonight.

Tshimanga must have offended a Big Ten official at some point. If he breathes on guy going up for a shot, it's a foul.

I swear they call fouls on Chimmychanga because he’s so big. Both of his fouls have been weak. Ans the refs have been letting everyone else play down low.

Good half. Play well coming out of the break and hopefully NU can put this one out of reach early.

Man this Jon Crispin guy is hard to listen to. It's like he wants to be Dan Dakich so bad he can taste it.

Hmmm...is 3 seconds still called in basketball?? Like the way the Huskers are responding.
Rarely. And it's not like I want to see it enforced stringently, but it's totally unfair to the defense to just let a guy loiter in the lane forever. Ohio State got away with that as well.

Usually the phrase "best hope" is applied to the underdog. Just figured you should be brought up to speed.

This team is so much better when roby quits acting like the point and turning the ball over.. the offense needs to run thru pal.er then copeland and let the rest clean up the boards..period.. i wouldnt let roby play another min untill he knew that

Don't give a ****** team hope and allow them to hang around. Blow them out like you should.

Frustrating, but so typical in college basketball anymore. Teams get up by 10-15 points and take their foot off the pedal.
