Too many Tigers, Bulldogs and Knights.

over the years I know of plenty of strange ones Midgets, bunnies, blossoms, honkers and spoof hounds to just name a fewA national publication ( I think was USA Today) used to have a national high school mascot contest each year. I remember one year the Holdrege Dusters received the most Nebraska votes but I didn't follow it through to see what won on the national level. I remember the Yuma, Arizona Criminals and the Kuna, Idaho Cavemen getting a lot of votes.

Marion, NESo I saw this tweet from Suiting Up Varsity. Who has a great podcast everyone should check out. They tweeted this out.
Elmwood was the Pirates (Blue and White) before consolidating with Murdock (who was the Bulldogs and they were purple and white). They are now the Elmwood-Murdock Knights and are black and silver.
He also mentioned Atkinson was the Haybalers, Clarks was the Blue Bombers.
What are a few other past mascots before co-ops and consolidations? A few from my neck of the woods.
