Change recruiting strategy and stop depending wholly on one and dones. Give some playing time to the other players so they don’t leave. We’re the only program that has to rebuild our roster every year. It’s not rocket science.

A question that comes to my mind over and over is, why dont they want to stay? Or what's causing them to leave repeatedly?

My theory:

The emphasis is on elite NBA first round draft picks. If you’re not one, you’re probably never going to start or you could work your *** off for 3 years only to be displaced by a OAD. Meanwhile, you see 18 year olds around you making millions of dollars while you play with out pay. So, why stay at Kentucky if that’s you?
