How long you going to keep West Rowan off? After beating a strong JM Robinson team last week and after beating 4a Mooresville who just beat Kannapolis. Other than a loss to 4A Davie the have done well
Has any other team played two 4 A teams and a top 10 ranked 3A?

Depending on bracket, this could be Hibriten's year.

Crest will win with defense and big plays. They cant sustain drives it looks but they have enough athletes to break one loose. Im gonna say Crest 28 TC 10

You know I don't disagree with this he is one hell of a coach!

Lots didn't like him but I did, a little cocky but got the best out of what he had!

Beam is one of those coaches that you absolutely hate unless he's on your team. And if he's your coach, you absolutely love him. He did so much for the kids behind the scenes that not many people know about. I hate it didn't work out long term with Burns, but it is what it is. I am however very excited to have a Bulldog back as our head coach. I don't think Devine will go anywhere anytime soon, which bodes well for the future of our program. Stability is key to excel year in and year out, and I think we've got that now.

The addition of Coach Pack has helped tremendously as well. Good coaching staff that will bring stability to the Dogs. Regardless of the county wins this will be a good turn in the right direction for Hootersville.

I have never liked Matt Beam..... because we have always struggled to beat him .

He seems to have Freedom figured out for some reason.... maybe he would fit well
in Morganton some day?? LOL

After a fourth and fifth place finish in the conference Beam might get a chance to redeem himself this year. If he stays next year he will have a team that should compete for the conference title.

He is definetely hated across the sidelines. His antics are not very well liked by other teams and their fans. Thirty years ago it wouldn't even be a discussion.

Now Shelby, those guys love him you know. But that's required because he is their Daddy.
