No need to trash talk HARRYT. Everyone will get there shot eventually if we keep progressing. Those that doubt Andrews' title aspirations will see soon enough. I just wonder if we curb stomp them will they still whine about us being overrated with a weak schedule then?

Your Correct Kidd I know and I have talked to some PAC 6 coaches about being involved at the middle school level.

With what NERMS athletes did the previous 2 yrs and with SERMS going undefeated this year in football things should start looking up in the future. The only time I usually see HS coaches at middle school games is on Super Tuesday. Maybe things will change.

Clinton will be the favorites in the east. Everybody else will be lucky to compete against the legendary dark horses. please be easy on the red raiders should they be lucky enough to face those tremendous athletes at Clinton that Andrews simply has no answer for. Clintons schedule has been unbelievably tough this year. I'll be sure to tell Simmons Ratings that he has Andrews and Clintons strength of schedule backwards since Andrews says 22nd toughest in 2A and Clintons is 68th toughest in 2A.....

Inyourdome, based on your posting history it looks like you are from down east and see Clinton play most weeks. Please tell me which Andrews game you attended? You must have flown your helicopter from Clinton at halftime of one of their games.....

I have seen Red Raiders first hand . They are tough and control the clock. So people out of the East do not take them lightly. I know Reidsville has not had a great year, but their down year is better than most good years. Look at what Raiders did to them. 48-3. I caution take them lightly if you please, see what happens.

I don't know inyourdome personally but I'm sure he/she isn't trying to say that Clinton is going to overlook anyone come playoff time. Clinton still has its toughest game of year next week in Wallace Rose Hill, Clinton will have a better understanding of where we stand as a team after that game. Everyone's schedule is what it is, you don't know who is gonna be down this year (SW onslow) that is on your schedule or who will have a bad game (Clinton vs Hoggard). It can happen, If we and Andrews are in the same bracket I'm sure that game will be for the Eastern Title, hopefully both teams are lucky enough to make it their, then we settle it on the field, until then a fun jab is okay but no one really knows.

Exactly Darkhorse04! Having faith in your team is one thing, but stating that your team is just going to breeze through playoffs is another. That's why the KIDS play the game. The playoffs is one and done, so on any given night anyone's team can fall. I wish Clinton could schedule more 3A and 4A teams, but like DH04 stated, it is what it is. I'm sure our Darkhorses would love to see Andrews, but let's take care of the rest of our conference games and then focus on the playoffs. You say that Andrews can control the clock, well Clinton lives and breathes eating the clock. They can grind it out with the best!

Although I despise the constant throwing of western teams to the east in 2A I am looking forward this year to seeing HPA sent east. It is certainly crowded with monsters in 2AA in the west and only one can make the big game. Two weeks from now the brackets will be set and the fingernail biting will begin.

Clinton under legendary Coach Bob Lewis (6 state titles) didn't get their playoff success overlooking anyone this year last year or any other year. Rest assured if they get that far in the playoffs it will be it will be as a result of a highly skilled coach at the helm who has a knack of getting his team to peak at just the right moment.
