Providence blew a 17 point lead against USC. Credit USC for fighting back. I do not think they are all that good but they face the same SMU team that they beat earlier in the year. I think some of these first four teams have moved on and won their next game in recent years.

Yes. It can happen, but you have to pretty good and playing great at the right time. Can't be lucky all the time against better competition and have to be able to score points.

How long will it take for madness to really start?

I like the new staggering start times, but it would be tough to have one of thiose 15 minutes periods with 3 incredible moments

UNCW big 157-199 from field 78.9%. They play small. Did CJ see the writing on the wall that he wasn't going to play for UNCW?

Oh my. Was going to pick Princeton but changed at last minute. Was rooting for that 3 to fall. First game in the books.

great try by Princeton...they got two great looks, one on the previous possession that they put back to cut it to 1, both same spot and that would have been quite a spectacular gamewinner..that shot usually wins games. Too bad for the Tigers. ND did not look good.

Virginia really turned things on after being down 15. This was a sexy upset pick but I didnt buy it. Virginia was on the verge of putting it away up 10 but now its down to just 3 so looks like this will go down to the wire

Butler handling Winthrop pretty easily

and looky here South Dakota State up early on Gonzaga...would love to see that upset

looks like Wilmington will fall short....Virginia really coming up big here responding every time

ACC starting a bit wobbly....Wake out and ND survives last second 3, and UVA pushed to the brink all day....2-1 start

If a 1 seed falls to a 16 , I want it to be a named program. Not a questionable team like gonzaga who is more a number 1 because of their weak conference.

WVU isnt exactly rolling, what game are you watching.....South Dakota State hanging in. They can hit any shots but their D has been outstanding..great effort for a .500 team

I have E Tennessee State beating Florida but they do not look good early, need to settle down

They were up 15 and looking good. Oh well. Wow Bob Huggins wasn't very pleasant to the halftime reporter.

Princeton always is a difficult matchup because they control tempo ,have less than 10 turnovers and have a center that can make 3 pointers.I hope Rutgers doesn't decide to start playing Princeton every season because nothing is gained by winning and losing to NJ teams isn't something a state university wants on their record.

Sometimes it comes down to being there before...MTSU won games last year and are confident. Minny seem unprepared and not ready to play...15 point defecit they better make their run now
