NCAA tickets in Philly

Planning to take my son to the games on Friday night. Do we think the ticket prices will go up or down as the week goes on?
So far they went from the cheapest seat at $215 on Sunday to $299 today.

You've got a couple blue bloods in UCLA and UNC, plus Purdue and the biggest story of the tournament, who happens to be fairly local, in St. Peter's all playing in Philly. I don't expect prices to drop much until maybe day of.
